New Customs
rules was implemented effective 19.03.2009. Parcel and Documents
the two (2) different categories have to be separated. All
commercial invoices must have VALUE LISTED IN EVERY ITEMS
MENTIONED. Failure to comply will caused delay in clearance.

Information
List of commodities that can be accepted with special prerequisites:
1. Medicine:
- The invoice must include expiration date, batch number,
and registration number.
- Medicine must me sent to the pharmacy first; thus, it will
not be delivered the same day.
- There's a charge of B$20 for this special handling.
2. Food:
- Complete food certificates, such as health certificate &
manufacturing certificate, are required.
- Food must be sent to the pharmacy as well.
- There's a charge of B$20 for this special handling.
3. Networking equipment (such as telephone units, headphones…etc):
The consignee must apply for the permit issued by Jabatan
telecom (Brunei).
